Le mat\u00e9riel \u00e9tait fortement ab\u00eem\u00e9 au niveau de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la <strong>base arri\u00e8re<\/strong> gauche, mais surtout principalement fragilis\u00e9 sur le <strong>support de patte de d\u00e9railleur arri\u00e8re<\/strong>. Elle est due \u00e0 une accumulation de facteurs finissant par provoquer la <strong>casse<\/strong> de la <strong>structure composite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, sur les mod\u00e8les actuels, et ce depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, la plupart du temps le <strong>support de patte<\/strong> est lui-m\u00eame en <strong>fibre de carbone<\/strong> et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au bloc complet du cadre. Ceci est \u00e0 mettre en opposition avec une certaine technique de fabrication datant d&rsquo;il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, visant \u00e0 dissocier le support du reste de la <strong>base arri\u00e8re<\/strong> par l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un <strong>insert en aluminium<\/strong>. L&rsquo;aluminium \u00e9tait par la suite rivet\u00e9 au <strong>composite<\/strong>, et formait une alliance <strong>carbone<\/strong> \/ <strong>alu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le passage au <strong>full composite<\/strong> a permis l&rsquo;all\u00e9gement du mat\u00e9riel et la simplification du processus de fabrication. Cela a en revanche rajout\u00e9 une typologie de <strong>casse<\/strong> tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quente sur le mat\u00e9riel. Des contraintes et pressions fortes viennent s&rsquo;exercer sur cette partie \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale et particuli\u00e8rement fragile. La <strong>patte de d\u00e9railleur<\/strong> elle-m\u00eame, souvent un <strong>insert en aluminium<\/strong> viss\u00e9 sur le <strong>support composite<\/strong>, est cens\u00e9 faire office de fusible et c\u00e9der en premier lieu. Cependant, les torsions et chocs appliqu\u00e9s sur cette zone sont tels que, parfois, c&rsquo;est la <strong>fibre de carbone<\/strong> qui est directement atteinte.<\/p>\n<p>Notre travail consiste donc \u00e0 reconstituer la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la <strong>structure composite<\/strong>, en partant uniquement de la <strong>patte de d\u00e9railleur<\/strong> actuelle correspondant au support. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette patte, nos \u00e9quipes sont en mesure de r\u00e9aliser un contre-moule afin de produire une r\u00e9plique exacte du support d&rsquo;origine.
